Construction


Unlike its predecessor, the Jordan Fly Wade 2 has a revolutionary Hyperfuse construction: three different layers of material fused together to create a nearly seamless one-piece upper. The result is zones of ventilation, durability and stability, right where you need them.

Cushioning


Dwyane Wade requires exceptional comfort during competition, so his signature shoe boasts full-length, basketball-specific Lunarlon cushioning in the midsole for an ultra-plush and responsive ride. Phylon foam in the heel works with the Lunarlon midsole to create additional impact cushioning and support, and a molded OrthoLite ® sockliner provides an outstanding step-in feel and long-lasting comfort.

Support


This basketball shoe has four layers of material along the back, near the heel, adding structure and support while you're defending or attacking the hoop. And during sharp, sudden cuts, a special stability feature--called an outrigger--provides lateral support and stability.

Fit


For a locked-down fit in the heel, the cushioned collar of the Jordan Fly Wade 2 has an internal heel pad shaped like the foot for comfort and reduced slippage. A full inner sleeve and a mesh tongue provide ventilation and a snug, comfortable fit around the foot.
